And here the final stage, the inking. This is where I do all the finer details and make minor corrections if still needed. The first scan is of course before I erased the pencils just to give an idea how sometimes the inks can sometimes be a little different from pencils. For instance I was able to get some of Kit's right hand onto the paper, but since I'm going to redraw it on a separate sheet anyway this is more of a rough place holder. Most of the lines I inked with Superfine tip (Faber-Castell rulz!!!!) then I took the normal Fine tip and went over some of the lines on the outside; Kit and Aayla's Lekku and Aayla's legs. Most of the lines of Kit's robe I did with the Brush tip as well as use it to paint in most of the solid black areas.

The second image is after I erased the pencils. I scanned it at the higher resolution I do all my inks and in grayscale (all the other images I scanned in this WIP were in color) so I can better identify smudges and get rid of the lighter pixels at the edges of the lines to get finer lines. This image is after I adjusted the contrast/brightness to make the lines a little blacker.

*Didn't realize I would do some much in one sitting, hehehehe. But this pic came together surprising well. If only more pics went as smoothly
