Is it just me or does the new Kal-L resemble Henry Cavill (not in this pic), also notice how the symbol is very similar to the movie version, more so than the original Kal-L's
I think this would make a awesome portrait

Actually, this is Kal-El as well. not the original Superman who was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.

incorrect, DC ORIGINALLY stated that this WAS Kal-L when the new Earth 2 book started, though only recently they have been listing him as "Kal-El". I think its just due to laziness from the editor (Dan Dido). Power Girl though keeps getting name dropped as BOTH "Kara Zor-L" & "Kara Zor-El", Kal-L hasn't been around for awhile though so I'm sure now that he's back its going to start happening to him as well.

1. No sir, wrong again. To actually see that your wrong and I am correct, all you have to do is one thing. READ THE FUCKING BOOK! The flat out call him "Kal-L" numerous times and in nearly all the editor notes he's refered to as "Kal-L".
Hell I'll tell you exactly where the name change happens. In the story ark that involves Brutaal, when he is revealed to be "Superman" all of Darkseids minions call him "Kal-El". NOT before that however.
Since it was later revealed that this "Superman" was a clone (Bizarro??), that MIGHT explain the spelling change.
2. Your using a wiki page as proof? My 2 year old nephew could edit that shit and say Superman was made of cheese and you wiki ppl would believe it.
