Alpaca are so sweet.. at least the ones I've met. My best friends mom knits blanks from their wool and they're surprisingly soft, kinda like mohair.

I am told that in their native environment they have no predators, so they trust anything. That they would be obliviously unafraid standing among a pack of wolves. Or alpaca wolves....
