hahaha well the title explains it all!! XDsometimes i have a random and hyper moment at a random moment that i feel like drawing. haha so yea with that i created this!
i actually LOVE how i drew my version of chibi Joker hahaha XD even though i just made a FAIL on making the "HA HA HA" upside down T_T
