Frozone as Mace Windu,
Emperor Zorg as General Grievous,
Sid as Jar Jar Binks,
Easter Bunny as Lando Calrissian,
Duke of Weselton as Grand Moff Tarkin,
Captain of the Guards as Amiral Piett,
The Cat as Jabba the Hutt,
Ronin as Zev Senesca,

Pascal as Amiral Ackbar,
I also use helmets of the Guards in Tangled for the helmets of Clones and Stormtrooper, and also helmet of Dagur the Deranged (Riders of Berk) for the helmets of Jango and Boba Feet.

The only thing to correct is the spelling of the characters: Emperor "Zorg" is spelled "Zurg" (great choice btw) and "The Cat" is Cheshire Cat.
