True, but it can also be argued that the body is designed with those needs in order for the person to feel as though they have not lost their humanity.

There's no end to the possibile abilities and limits. I guess this is one of those things that has yet to be explored; like asking if Arnold Schwarzenegger could legally run for vice president.
