My favorite X-Men, Wolverine! Made him a bit retro.One of the first stories I read of Wolverine was him meeting Alpha Flight as he was tracking Wendigo. It made an impact on me.

This is awesome. Don't see too much artwork with the old costume. It's nice to know there were fans before Hugh Jackman (not that Hugh doesn't play the part exceptionally well).
Amazing work, by the way. I love everything about it. The scenery, the form and color work, the famous 'I'm going to to slice you up' look on his face... You killed this painting.

Thanks so much! I was going to paint Skyrim armor on him for fun, but thought I better keep him more original. So I had to decide wether to go with the yellow/blue or orange/maroon costume ^^ It was close..
