I so almost submitted this to my Gallery when I made it.
However, unfortunately I could never quite get it to look how I envisioned, even after some adjustments on the computer. Oh well. You need to go to Barbados yourselves and understand how great a sight the beaches are.

Very well, i have some god friends out there. So you're talking down by the highway right? By bridgetown? Beautiful big beaches!!
Would have to be, where i have a place and my friends live, the beaches aren't so high, so this idea would've been a lot harder (if impossible) to execute well!

Yeah, just out of Bridgetown, where the cruise liners dock; we were headed toward St. James, the posh bit.
I've never seen anyone here with a clue about Barbados. My mum and dad both hail from there, St. Michael and St. Phillip respectively. I last visited November 03.

My parents are over there right now, we have a studio thing in St.James, in Holetown! (not the posh bit, just the touristy bit 
It's like my 2nd home (although, only been there 3times), i LOVE it! Hopefully i'll be jumping at the Kadooment parade next year! *fingers crossed* Hehe.
Next time i'm there i want to do a photo portrait of the other side of Barbados, ya know, not the touristy bit. I've got soooo many friends out there who've shown me the amazing "real" barbados, i want to show every1 else! Hehe. I tried in summer, but my photos got lost

Just miles and miles of beach, pretty much deserted. Most beautiful place i know!

the simple beauty is so evident here. the water and sand almost seem to be one, but seperated by some unseen force.
i could definitely see this in a travel agency or hotel.

I see it and a clever idea too. It took me a little while looking at it to understand what you meant by the meaning of "Thirds" But once i "clicked" i understood the cleverness of the photo, great depth, it almost feels the water and sky are litterally on top of each other rather travelling back with distance. Clever stuff
