I commented on this in FA, and I'll comment on this as well.
Your Krang reloaded idea works really well - it seems that the former ruler of Dimension X has done some gene splicing and managed to merge his genetic code with an Earthling..and I willing to bet that Shredder was the chosen subject that allowed Krang to regrow a body and to even make it into a possibility.
And he looks really looks like a force to be reckoned with here. I sorta wonder if he'll have to juggle between his newfound brawn and his current cunning. Also, I wonder if he'll still have that slimy "skin" that his former appearance had.

In fact, according to my little story, Krang pours Mutagen onto the Cristal, what was in Super Turtles anime and he expands a permanent/final body for himself, and doesn't take it only into temporary status, like the turtles at the usage of the cristal.

That's a neat backstory. I always wanted to see that guy besides just being an alien brain - so yeah, I was rather excited to see the Krangazoid episode simply because it was a different take on the character, even though it was his clones that grew the bodies instead of Krang himself.
