General Zera only showed up in "Half Shelled Heroes: Blast to the Past" mini episode. The TMNT quartet team end up going bck in time because of Beebop and Rocksteady touching some sort of time crystal thingie, and end up going to the Mesozoic era.
Coincidentally, the Triceratons are also in that time, having enslaved some Dinosaurs to harvest and move time crystals en masse, so they can travel to any time, and have the Triceratons rule the universe.
Shenanigans ensue of course.
