Ok, not sure why this is labeled as a "meme", but I wanted to give my hand at this. I actually love this idea, it's very creative and a nice way fro people to express their favorite characters from pop culture. These guys mean a lot to me, since I grew up with most of them.I hope to see more ideas like this in the future!

It's a hood slang term for "gun". The show pokes fun at hip hop/black culture but it embraces it, most of the main characters use hood/ghetto slang so "strap" means "gun" lol

Yeesh! What is it with people trying to murder the English language? (Wasn't sure how to not make that sound racist.) I was afraid it was a sex joke, or something! Personally, I wear my gun on my belt.
If anyone seriously needs a strap to carry a weapon, and they're not in a war, they're using WAY to much firepower!
