Well Well Well - its my second silhouette, and no its not a bull or tortoise like people suggested - its a pig - wrapped in electromagnetic coil.
They have a game counterpart like stunky/Glameow, which i will post soon.

Ability: Lightning Rod
Name Meaning: Pig-Coil
[Evolves at lvl 25]

To power up electric attacks - it tightly coils its ears and tail so its cheeks light up - then it will let rip with a powerful thunderbolt on enemies.

Name meaning: Electric-Hog

It will rapidly coil its body to create immense power for any electric attacks - when its cheeks light up - it is a sign it is about to attack. They live in small social groups in the forest.
