Inspired by those abandoned canoes in swamps.New Move: Death Roll - The user spins wildly with the foe to cause damage. It has a high critical hit ratio.
Freefloating - 30% Chance of avoiding Water and Flying Type Attacks.

Basic Stage: Salmeander - The Drifting Pokemon
Type: Water
Ability: Freefloating
Name Meaning: Salamander-Meander
Evolves: lvl 21
It is not a strong swimmer, and so it tends to ride the current, picking up any food that floats by.

First Stage: Algaetor - The Swimming Pokemon
Type: Water/Grass
Ability: Swift Swim/Chlorophyll
Name Meaning: Algae-Alligator
Evolves: lvl 41
Its oar-like flippers mean it is a strong swimmer. It can swim directly into an oncoming current to chase prey. As it grows, its skin produces a special substance which encourages Algal growth.

Second Stage: Crocanoe - The Rowing Pokemon
Type: Water/Grass
Ability: Swift Swim/Chlorphyll
Name Meaning: Crocodile-Canoe
It basks in the sunshine to supplement the algae growing over its body; Some mistake it for an abandoned river boat. It is an ambush predator, hiding amongst reeds, then lunging at its prey.

I have to say that I absolutely love the transition between the evolution line as well as the bush texture. Did you make the texture yourself?
