Many of you should know that when B-Rat's body is badly damaged, his physical form is released, leaving behind his main file so he can create a new body, similar to a gem.

B-Rat's main file cannot be destroyed by any means. It can, however, be reprogrammed, but this always leads to disastrous results. This was proven when Team Galactic stole B-Rat's file and attempted to reprogram it.

One time, B-Rat and Clarity were attacked by a flock of Zubat, and after B-Rat was bitten and poisoned repeatedly, he had to release his physical form. Clarity brought his file back to the apartment, and while everyone was sleeping, a group of Joltik snuck into their apartment and stole the file. The next morning, Clarity, Kenny, Avo, and Veruca searched all over Sinnoh for B-Rat's file, and when they found Team Galactic's ship and confronted them, all four of them were knocked out and became their prisoners.

Luckily, onboard the ship, Avo was able to hack the systems and release the others. But when they entered the ship's control room, they saw some Galactic grunts already reprogramming the file, hoping to turn B-Rat into a powerful bioweapon. Unfortunately, the programming process began to malfunction, resulting in the file taking over the ship's systems. Clarity and the others bolted out of the ship before it self destructed, killing the grunts onboard.

But, the horror was not over yet. When the ship finally crashed into the desert below, B-Rat's file levitated out of the wreckage and began creating the 100-foot monster that was dubbed Malfunction.

Clarity and the others were no match for the terrifying beast and had to flee, but deep down, Clarity had to try to take down Malfunction and save B-Rat and all of Sinnoh. An epic fight broke out between her and Malfunction. Lasers and missiles flew everywhere, and Malfunction was weakening. Clarity was using so much of her power that if she continued, her systems would shut down. After a long battle, Malfunction crashed into the ground and began to wilt. Clarity landed to rest, and before Malfunction breathed his last, he stared at Clarity with an evil smile and said...

"YOU KILLED HIM."

The mighty beast fired one more giant laser from its mouth, shooting B-Rat's file into the air, where it landed right in front of Clarity. Hearing Malfunction say that made Clarity stress to the point where she had to shut down. Veruca, Kenny and Avo grabbed Clarity and B-Rat's file and flew back to Veilstone, leaving Malfunction to finally die.

Back at the apartment, everyone was resting from the harrowing adventure, Ella had taken Clarity to her world to have Code fixed her, and B-Rat's file was clean of any coding that could create Malfunction again. The next morning, Clarity finally woke up, B-Rat regenerated flawlessly, and the two of them hugged as Clarity cried into B-Rat's chest. As he comforted her, he decided to get her some breakfast at the lobby to calm her down.

And when they returned, there Aife was on the couch.

B-Rat, Kenny, Avo, Veruca, and Malfunction belong to me. Clarity, Ella, and Code belong to AngelKitty1708 .
