Well number one Is Jeff Kodlak The Hunter.
He was once a hunter named Jeff Ford who lived out in the forest, but one day he found ruins from a ancient cult. He touched a pillar and it started to burn his skin and turn his skin red. His face started to get torn and mangled as a demon known as Kilaback possessed him. He then created his own cult called " The Pack " who worship blood of the demon Kilaback which they drink like wine. He also uses a bow and arrow instead of a knife

His original human name is unknown, but we do know he was a psychologist for a Asylum. He tried to use the Necronomicon in his studies but it back fired on him and the asylum was burnt down.
He had became a entity from the nightmare realm. He now wears a metal mask that splits open his lips so he is always smiling, he has pale skin and black vans. He wears a white cloth that is used as a hood that also covers his back and shoulders. His chest is exposed where he has many cuts, buries and infections on it. His hands from to his elbows are burned. He also wears a type of leather like skirt similar to what Cenobites wear on his lower have. He drives people insane and turns them into their darkest state. He is known as The Torn Flesh. He also created the 3rd Jeff in the image.
The 3rd Jeff is named Jerome Collins. He was just a average 18 year old who love theater and had a normal life. Until he visited the old burned down asylum. Where now he is a proxy/host for Torn Flesh. He burned a smile into his face and instead of using a knife he uses two bayonets from his grandfather.
