Description
I had a lot of fun painting this picture. It was not an ACTUAL reference from a game in terms of composition but different elements from mario have been thrown in. We have opened up a new store where my own (and others) artwork is now available for purchase if you're interested! This & more will be coming every week so stay tuned!!

It would be fun if the game was like more realistic and scary

I like how we all find it to be a childish world, but you were able to make it realistic. Like a children's book about life brought to life. A more accurate illustration. Great work and a well deserved DD.

at what? painting stages or just in general? I'm still learning myself... just practice is all... can't get better without it

In general yeah... just gotta practice... read... learn... practice.. read... learn.. Eventually you will start to notice things and be like 'hmmm never knew that before'... and then you will make jumps. How it works for me anyways.

Dear Josh,
I was re-routed from smoosh.com containing this piece of your work. I wanted to comment that a few moths ago I stumbled across your art on google while doing a project for school.I used your artwork in the opening (it was not for profit of course) and thought you might enjoy what we did. It was our first project with 'green-screening' and a little shaky. Anyways, just wanted to say that it is an amazing piece of work, we were blown away.
