Lloyd's power is energy, and offshoot of light. Specifically the more offensive blasts of light part. He obtained this from the Master of Light, as Misako was a master of light before him. His "green power," aka being able to control all the elements in s1 and 2 comes from him being the grandson of the FSM. The golden power is the power of the FSM, the pure power of the Nexus, which is made up of the elements. This is why when Lloyd lost the golden power in Rebooted, he lost the ability to control the four elements, but kept his original master of light power.

Who do you the Ice emperor is. There is one rumor floating around him being Zane. And you know.. While I doubt Ninjago would do that I do think it would be an interesting idea.. plus there is quite an odd bit of supporting evidence. (Which I could share if you don't know it)
