Description

The Golem suddenly curved its path back toward Raichu, tearing the ground up in its wake. It quickly unfurled, exposing its arms and legs from within its rocky shell, slamming its fists into the ground. Last to appear was its small reptilian head, only to emit a deep and thunderous roar. It turned itself around with surprising speed and located the Raichu running in the opposite direction.

“Tackle followed by Rockslide,” cried Jack, his eyes fixated on the screen in front of him.

“Get near the wall Raichu!” shouted Elijah as the Golem once again curled into a giant ball and began to quickly roll towards his Pokemon.

The Raichu darted across the grass, skimming close to the concrete wall as the boulder rumbled towards it.

“Quick attack up the wall” Cried Elijah as Raichu scaled the large wall with a tremendous burst of speed. Its tail was just missed as the Golem crashed into the concrete sending a cloud of debris into the air.

Momentarily stunned, the Golem unfurled and shook off the rubble, scanning the field for the Rodent. It clocked Raichu making a U-turn back towards it and it pushes off the wall with its muscular arm, curling back into the stony ball and tore towards Raichu.

“Jump when it gets close!” Elijah echoed across the stadium. Raichu was primed to leap, its body held close to the ground.

As the boulder approached the rodent leapt high above the ground, but Elijah was so distracted by the collision that he forgot Jack's last order.

Just before reaching Raichu, the Golem tilted on its axis like someone sliding on the side of a bike. A tsunami of rocks and mud were thrown into the air, hitting the Raichu with tremendous force, knocking it across the field. The crowd gasped as the Rockslide hit.

As the dust settled, the Golem let out a booming guttural roar in triumph!
