Naturally born with Leaf blade, eh? Wouldn't that give it an advantage over a lot of other pokemon you will encounter at an early level? I mean, it's a start, right? No?

true it is a starter, but that doesnt nessercerally give them an advantage, the fact that their a lower level also means that the attack power of leaf blade would be weaker

but I mean, it has an attack that has 90 power (plus STAB Bonus), while all the other pokemon it will encounter early on will have like tackle which is only 35 power
