Description
Got bored and started doodling so forgive the roughness.(Yes this probably doesn't look like Orlando, just had a nice ring too it as they have a Seaworld there already - though do not misconstrue this with me supporting Seaworld).
Really loving the modding community for Zoo Tycoon 2 (which Im planning on getting) and heard about the release of the large map 12x the size of the original large and this inspired me to dream big. This map can hold over 300 species of prehistoric Dinosaurs and Reptiles (this is not including any extinct mammals or birds).
If you have any ideas that can be added to a map like this then let me know as I actually enjoyed this, may possibly do another and if you wanna have a go at making it in ZT2 then let me know and show me some screen shots

Honestly my only nitpick is that we don't know what animals it has, or where they are. Maps are fine. But it helps to know.

Hello, this is an interesting design. I like it very much and I can see you spent a great deal of time working on it. I was wondering if you'd allow me to try and recreate this on Jurassic World Evolution? I'd use the tools at my disposal to my best abilities as I see this as a chance to test my abilities. I'd link your image to each episode I spend working on this on my YouTube channel. Please and thank you.

Thanks that means a lot! I have a question regarding the T-rex paddock. Is it located near the spinosaurus near enclosures 179 and 182 or is it up north on the map next C. 41. Its kinda hard to read the numbers

JoshuaDunlop In reply to Raischenzo [2018-08-13 09:09:56 +0000 UTC]
The tyrannosaur paddock is any of the enclosures to the right of the map with the river running through it, most likely C.178

300 species of dinosaurs? That is a lot, but Deseret ranch is big enough for it. as well as taylor county

thoughts on these lands....also would it be best if the thing had more rides?

Is not just dinosaurs, its prehistoric reptiles/insects/mammals/ birds etc. plus modern-day animals. But yes, those would both be suitable if terraformed a little. I think there would be rides yes, probably ones that incorporated the enclosures a little more. Like a rapids ride that begins with a drop into one of the herbivore exhibits, passes through a caged off carnivore exhibit, then taken up a ramp through an aviary and ends in a huge drop just outside the cage.

i would terraform and make mountains and prehistoric looking rivers all over the place and build a giant wall around it so that the audience does not get intruded upon the "real world". Any plans for furthur pictures?

LHP 0.2: Ankylosaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, Corythosaurus,
LHP 0.3: Stegosaurus, Apatosaurus, Triceratops
C0.1: Compthognathus
C181: Spinosaurus
C182: Tyrannosaurus
C183: Ceratosaurus
C152: Veloceraptor
C162: Dilphosaurus
Large Aviary 0.1: Pteradon, Dimorphodon

I'm going to say that the Jurassic World will be the number one zoo across the globe that can beat San Diego zoo with such a high rating for guests to see large prehistoric creatures!

This is really awesome! I would love to see a full list of the creatures but I understand it would be really long (plus this did come out a couple of years ago) but could I know what is in the Bug house, Permian zone, desert zone, redwood aviary and underwater enclosures?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
JoshuaDunlop In reply to Evishu [2018-01-18 09:47:46 +0000 UTC]
Well, the Permian Zone has a rock pool area where they keep Trilobites and other seafloor creatures. Visitors can touch and pick them up with a Jurassic World employee present. They also have a variety of ammonite tanks and a large central tank that contains a snapshot of Permian life on the seafloor with Sea Scorpions, Ammonites, Cooperoceras, Anomalocaris canadensis and extinct coral. in a tank at the back you can see the large Cameroceras was probably the largest marine predator during the Paleozoic era. (though this area is called the Permian zone, not all creatures in it are from that period)
The Bug House is a large greenhouse with a rich prehistoric jungle inside. Flying above visitors heads are Meganeuropsis (giant dragonflies) and below the bridge they walk on are Pulmonoscorpius and the star attraction, the giant centipede Arthropleura.
The desert zone houses dinosaurs such as Protoceratops and the precocious Oviraptor.
The redwood Aviary is home to a huge managery of small Pterosaurs that flutter above the guest's heads, including a variety of species of Pterodactylus and Ramphoryncus. Below the aviary is a nocturnal cave where visitors can see the vicious and pirana like Anurognathus which are fed twice a day (not for the squeamish)
Finally, the underwater enclosures contain a number of Ichthyosaur species, Plesiosaur species, the parks famous performing Kronosaurus pod and the world famous Mosasaurus, the sister of the one on Nublar.

It would only be with herbivores but in reality in against elephant rides, it's simply a reference to the books

Hammond had an elephant that would ride him around. It was touch upon more in an old Jurassic park game called Aftermath I think
