Description
Jolteons are fast, loyal and agressive electric dogs.They are used mainly in the army and police as they make exilent attack and gurad dogs.
They are fearcly protective of their owner and will fight to the death if neccercary.
Like all electric pokemon Jolteons have Power sacks located in their chest. They are like kidneys filled with electric absorbing jelly (like found in electric eels).
All life has a low current running through it but electric pokemon have evolved to harness the power and quadrupal is storage power.
They can let out the electricity in controlled bursts but must recharge afterward.
Jolteon has much larger power sacks than some pokemon and can store up to an amazing 10'000 volts.
Jolteon's have thick bristly hair that stands on end as it is full of static electricity. If you are not used to electric pokemon you can get shocked if you dont know where to touch them.
Jolteons hairs can also act as a defense as they can get sharpe when they stand on end, making them pinlike, stoping any potential attcker that got past jolteons attacks.
Training Jolteons are not for the faint hearted, and the trainer must know how to handle powerful electric pokemon.

I love your explanation of him, but I love the drawing better, just because you put SO much emotion into his face. He looks... wow... he just looks so dang powerful. I am envious of him. You've really captured the power and majesty of Jolteon in this. He looks ready to kick butt!
My only critique is the back legs doesn't look like it should twist that way. The knee should be facing towards the screen.
Funny how one is basically a lapdog, the other is neutral and this one is agressive. I love all of them! Don't know which one I'm gonna evolve my Eevee in yellow..... I just got her today.
