The explosion became a distant sound as Mewtwo rocketed away from the destruction.
It was scared and confused, flying through the darkness... terribly weakened from the amount of energy it took to destroy the building.

Meanwhile...

"The tracking system is working well sir, we have it on the radar" said the corporal.

"Good, activate all three... I want it back!" scowled Giovanni down the phone.

Turning the corporal saw the general enter followed by the head of the department of defence.
He knew that if the head of the D.O.D was here then the situation must be serious.

"Corporal, what’s the situation?" called the general.

"Well sir, the anomaly seems to have stopped over Hoenn, it’s in a highly populated area sir" he said.

"Ground troops will take too long, call the air force, and get them to bring their most powerful heliglider's..."

"Heliglider's! pathetic! this is a living weapon general, do you really think sending your men to their graves is the best course of action....the Regis can deal with it fine, it seems only right Pokémon should deal with a Pokémon threat... don’t you agree?" said the head of the D.O.D.

The general thought for a moment.

"It is in a highly populated area, I really think..."

"The Regis are biogenetically programmed to do whatever we want it to, there is minimal threat of civilian casualties" said the head of the D.O.D.

Mewtwo-

It tried to keep going but it was getting weaker by the second, after all it had technically just been born, this was an enormous strain on its body and mind.
As it flew is looked down and saw thousands of twinkling lights below it... so beautiful.
As it descended to see what it was its head began to spin...

meanwhile...

The general growled and turned to the corporal.

"All command of this mission is now in control of the department of defence..." he scowled.

"Yes sir" said the corporal turning back to the computer.

The head of the D.O.D walked over to a computer and logged up to the top secret files. Swiping his identification card a voice recognition tone came up.

"Darren Mc Cathy" he said into the mic.

"approved" said a computerised voice.

"Activate project 5413, the R.E.G.I programme, number 201, 202 and 203, activate." he spoke into the mic.

he typed into the keypad.
a dial tone was heard.
he typed in a number and a man picked up.

"Michael, project 5413 is ago; assemble the men for deployment... I’ll send you the whereabouts now... have you received them... good, I’ll be there in an hour, be ready upon my arrival!" he disconnected the call.
