I know nothing about League of legends, but this is pretty dang bad ass!

A suggestion if I may? Make the ethereal fire behind his head a bit more opaque, I think this will give Thresh more of a lich/specter feeling as opposed to a traditional reanimated skeleton skull. Likewise the 'bones' along his head could be more like the phalanx bones of the hand - protruding at the joints and thinner toward the center.
I've been following you on dA for quite a while so don't take it personally! I love your work, Thresh is one of my favorite characters from League.
