He looks like he's about to literally laugh his head off: like it's just going to keep floating away from his body, laughing incessantly in the high, maddening voice.
I like the backwards-jointed right hand (a la Rakshasas from D&D?), and I love love LOVE the grasping arms which form the hem of his robe: they kind of remind me of Hexxus from the movie Fern Gully, who scared the hell outta me as a kid.
