For some reason that mustache looks like it's fake...Β I think it might be the body and head proportions make these characters look childish, so he looks like a kid wearing a fake mustache.

Oh, thanks for your comments. For those two who are younger, I can't say anything but to admit that they look like kids. However, you are right, I don't really study about the moustache.... but if u look from the side, u can't notify how big the shoulder the body are right? Do I need to enlarge the diameter of his body?

It's hard to say "what you should do" because a lot of it comes down to style.Β The proportions you are using make everyone look more childish, but it seems like a stylistic choice; you are employing an anime style, and anime often uses unrealistic proportions.
These characters don't actually look "wrong," that could very well be an intended style.Β But if this were from a TV show I'd expect their intended audience is eight to eleven year olds; that's the kind of vibe I get from how serious it is supposed to be based on how cartoony the characters look.Β If that's not the intent you are going for though, I'd suggest you shrink the heads a bit.
That being said, in most anime there is still usually some variety that reflects on the personality of the characters.Β Regardless of actual age, a character that is brighter and more youthful will have more childish body proportions, bigger eyes, rounder head, etc.Β But a character who is more stern and mature will have more naturalistic (realistic) proportions, less rounded eyes, etc.Β I don't know these character's personalities, but with the way that guy has less-rounded eyes, stands at different angle form the others, and sports a mustache, he looks like he is meant to be more stern and focused than the other characters, so I would think he should be drawn with some more natural proportions.Β Smaller head, or less circular really.Β Maybe he should have a deeper chest, but it's kind of hard to say.Β To that end, it might be wise to alter the composition slightly so the girl isn't blocking him, so we could actually see how big his body is.Β If it is left partially obscured, it is possible for other details to give the wrong impression about the bits we can't see.
Also, the woman in the front, her head seems a bit too big and wide for my tastes.

Wow, thanks for your detailed comments! I will attempt to draw something better and more mature anime in the future. You're right, I set cute anime as my base in the past so right now my taste has changed a little bit... can't draw what I desire when it comes to maturity.

Only way to learn how is to keep practicing.
I don't have too much advice to give you though; getting proportions right (and consistent) is something I struggle with the most in my art.Β Well, that and getting arms to look natural when they are bent in line with the POV.
