Ok havent done anything in a while, so i finally decided to make something, it took me a couple of days to make.I tryed making something different, and i really like how it came out.All done by me with 3d Max and Photoshop CS2, no stock images used all defaults.

thanks man, mostly its photoshop, i aint good with max either, only the asteroids and the small spaceships are made in max the rest is done in ps.

asteroids didnt take long to render about 10 secs or so, the ship also around that time, the rest didnt need rendering since it was done in photoshop

I see a great many planetscapes; this is one of the best ones.
The blue halo on the planet, balanced in the hues of purples, blacks and blues and the general deatil, it's a great composition.

Incredible piece.. but I have one questions : why are the asteroids lit up just from the left? I mean. .there are 2 sources of light in the scene...
And.. its not a big problem.. but the overall scene looks a little.. uhm.. metallic..
