Not good at it yet ? You're like perfect. I can only dream of drawing like you ever in my life. It just won't happen. And he's kind of right, there doesn't seem to be A LOT of difference but I actually do see some. It may not be a lot but it's there.

I'm a blunt and honest type of person, so I don't intend what I say to be rude or anything. Sometimes, that's just how it comes out.
I personally see no difference in any of the faces except for stubble guy. Eyes only have a slight difference and everything else is the same pretty much. Why don't you draw caricatures? Y'kno... reallly exaggerated pictures of people? If they've got a big this or that, make it /huge/, if they've got a small this or that, make it /tiny/, then if it looks average just leave it normal looking.
If they've got a huge bump on their nose well, include that. Not only that but consider acne and moles/freckles as well. (They make a huge difference now-a-days in faces.)

Thanks, I think you're right, and i'll ty to add more differences and imperfections to faces
but yea this is just practice, i'm not good at it yet.
