Okay, well, unless you can provide evidence for this (i.e. a link to the video(s) in which this happens, screenshots, other users testimonies), there isn't really anything I can do or help you with.
I am also not clear on why you're bringing this to me, unless the fanart you say he's using is specifically my artwork. Because, again, to reiterate, I don't have the kind of following or support to enact very much change even if you are able to provide evidence.

Hello, I'm writing a review on Infinity Train, and at the end of the video over a segment in which I explain the market value of the show being aired, I would like t o show some fan art of Infinity Train. If you give me your permission, I would like to include this work. You will be credited by text both in video and in description (the review will be on youtube) as "Tulip // Infinity Train by Mouseree on Deviantart". The description will also contain a link to this page. The channel the video will be uploaded to is Lebenworks Productions.
