Bio: He was a teacher of Law and History in Berlin but then in 1934 he was taken into a secret lab to be experimented on b/c he was a Marxist. He was given the superhuman abilities he has now along with PTSD from the brutal procedures that were performed on him to get those powers. He was heavily mentally scarred not only from being tortured experimented on, but also from numerous attempts of brainwashing him into Nazism. In some experiments he was forced kill innocents. After some time the lead scientist, Prof. Hardenburg, threatened to do something to Claud’s wife. The now Terrified Claud chased the sadistic man to an airship, and destroyed it, only to realize his wife was aboard. He fainted from the shock and a sharp pain on his right cheek was the earliest thing he could remember before landing in the ocean, where he was recovered by a Russian submarine. (From this point forward Claud actually clearly remembers this) He then was taken to the USSR which was where he got FOCUS. After the empire fell, Claud then resorted to being the curator of the sky. He then found a creature that blurred the lines between sky and ocean: Bue. He worked with a man to take down this entity and chased it to an island where Nothing but money and chaos really matter. During a nigh-apocalyptic event on the island, Claud escaped with the cost of an arm and a leg. Nonetheless, he then went back home to Earth, where he continued his job isolated in the sky. But no mind, he’s now back in charge, but it would be a shame if he’d be forced to leave, would it?

Abilities:
-Sky Manipulation (only on Earth)

-Cloud, Wind, and Lightning creation and manipulation.

-Entity Identification – with FOCUS. Detects whether something is biological or not and whether it’s alive or not. If it isn’t a metaphysical, like a ghost, it’ll find the closest thing to what’s scanned Ex.: A cat-folk isn’t quite identified but it does detect feline and human, so it’ll display those.

-Far sight – With FOCUS.

-can lift a Bus (6,000 lbs (2722 kg)) on average.

-Reform REMAP into ANY position.

-Immortal, can’t die of old age and is pretty durable and strong despite being way beyond average human lifespan.

-Super human durability.

-super human metabolism, though his hair has just started greying just a few months before his arrival at the gallery.

Weaknesses:
-Can only control Sky on Earth

-Too Cocky

-Not very fast.

-doesn’t believe in the supernatural

-Has PTSD and is scared of Doctors. Guilt or anything else that may remind him of his past will trigger a flashback, which is quite something to behold. If you’ve seen an extremely tough dog cower you’ll get the idea.

Fighting style: offensive mainly focuses on clobbering opponent and exploiting the environment. The primary focus lies on both throws and punches and mostly relies on REMAP. He also uses clouds as a diversion though very rarely. Due his rather slow speed, he will use lightning to shock opponents from a distance. He can use winds to fly but not for too long. Claus has very little disregard for the environment he's in, especially in a bad mood, so expect a bunch of property damage.

-Claud can control the sky and the creatures in it (excluding humans and humanoids), but only on Earth. Being in Cavil's museum nullifies most of these abilities, leaving him with lightning, cloud, and wind manipulation.
-Being a Marxist (He's spent some time in the USSR. :/), Claud is more casual compared to other Marxists. Yes, he does dislike the idea of a class but he believes his job is to manage the sky and causing a revolution on his own would be just stupid. "That's up to the own's below, on the surface."
-Speaking of managing the sky, Claud consider his role really dutiful and expects everyone to owe him respect for it.
-Doesn't remember how he got his scar.
-also, the scar isn't coming from his eye, it's on his cheek.
