I was in doubt was added in fractal manipulation or photo manipulation, but I saw several pictures of this type in fractal manipulation and decided to post this same category (sorry for bad english)

There are lots of miscats in fractal art category because people are hunting for views (not so many fractal manipulations get uploaded, therefore you get very high on the front page because you are the only one uploading in this category in past 24 hours). Your picture has nothing to do with fractal art, it is a photo manipulation because the base of your image is in fact a photo. Fractal art is created in totally different way and the "fractalius" plugin that you use just happens to share the "fractal" word, that is the only thing connecting it to fractal art. Look up fractal art on wiki or check out some fractal art around DA, you will see that it is way different than your photomanipulation.
Please do move your image to photomanipulation category, you don't need to follow a bad trend just because "other people do it too". I might as well start to steal things just because "other people do it too".

why is it some people frown on plugins, you still have to compose the picture or take the picture also you will find that Camera Raw is a photoshop plugin, Filter gallery is a plugin and a few more plugins for Photoshop 6. you still have to take control of when to use it and when to stop to get the final image. Still a great image. love it
