doesn't look ver loonaticsish. THey're wearing normal clothes. shouldn't they be wearing full body color coded tights?

That's only for if they're actually on the team that they'd wear the uniform/outfit. Also in certain episodes it's been shown where the loonitics have worn other things. Like when they were in that one invention of Tech's that makes holographic things and it was a beach. Or the one where they wore disguises to get in and try to save Slam from fighting to the death in that one illegal fighting ring.

I know 3 things about future clothing.
1. long jackets and coats. long enough to touch your ankle
2. black and white is in.
3. designs include basic shapes and patterns such as triangles or even a basic rectangle/square
5. all eyewear must be pointy and not round
6. 4 is bit a number, that's why I didn't write 4. no, really, it's not like I forgot to write four and won't admit it or anything. honest

Sure! ^^ I'm still working on developing their background though. I usually end up coming up with more while I Roleplay.
At the moment I've got Ari the wolf and Liz the fox as undercover detectives. Their friend Cami is actually in the hospital because of an accident that harmed her. She can't move, and because of this Liz and Ari decided to try and build a robotic body for her. 
Liz and Ari both have superpowers, but they usually don't use them so Zadavia didn't find them or anything. That's basically all I've got so far.
Oh! and their powers... Ari's power is with her voice, but Liz has a power with a violin. Haven't worked out exactly what is which and how it works yet.
