Hey its a return to the screenshot style. I have seen the movie trailer which looked epic and although I loved a lot of the animation / style elements. I will most likely still keep with my Disney / Don Bluth inspired style.Felt I needed to make a new image while i continue to work on the new episode art pieces in my spare time.

Vision: I know that with the My Little Pony movie trailer being released a few weeks ago, this is they style we're expecting to see for sure! You did a great job of capturing the movie's art and animation style, and giving it, what should I say, an anime twist to it. It looks nice.
Originality: The originality is good. I see you added your style into drawing Princess Luna, and that's a good thing! Show your style, and see what people think of it!
Technique: I feel like that the program you used to draw this is the same program Hasbro is using to make the MLP movie, which I think is toonboom, and some other thing, I forgot.
Impact: The impact is spot on! I really looks great, and very well detailed!
Conclusion: This is a great image that looks like a screenshot straight out of the movie! Great job!

I don't have much to say, like, really great effects, a beatiful background, smooth lineart, fabulous shading and everything, you know that your art is perfect, i only have 2 points:
1- The character
Princess Luna looks really perfect there, but i saw some pictures on google and there's a thing you didn't add on her: the hair, her hair, i noticed it's a bit transparent, specially the light-blue part. So next time it's better see some pictures of her.
2- Anatomy
The anatomy looks amaaazing! There's just 2 things that "bother" me
The ear- The ear looks short, you should do a bit longer, and the final looks too sharp, try to make it more rounded.
The neck- The neck, in the angle and the way you made her, it looks like her showing body is her neck too, so i think you should have made the line of the body (the connected with the wing) closer to the middle of the wing (idk if you understood this)
So, this is what i think ^^ i liked this art, so that's why i criticized it.
