I Believe that this piece is Extremely well done for the following reasons.
#1 I think that the colours used are very thought out and vibrant
#2 I think that the shading technique is awesome! It has a painting style but is also blended well
#3 I think that the lighting was accurate except on few parts, I would that on some parts were too bright/dull ( but its only in small areas )
#4 The overall concept was awesome, the smaller details give it a nice touch. Although I love the background I find it should be more darker because it blends a little too much with the picture. However background can blend in this one it should not. Finally I like the face features it gives it that SU feeling.

I'm not normally good at these, since I'm not the best artist, but I'll try my best XD
The coloring was really well done. I believe the lineart was very fine, and the colors were placed on the canvas rather smoothly, with no white or anything in between, and the shading was done pretty well. I also love the lighting that you added, though I would suggest spreading that lighting down to her dress, as well. or perhaps experiment with where the lighting is placed, since it isn't very clear based on the painting (or whatever this is lol).
Your shading is pretty good, but I would perhaps work on your lineart a bit. Sorry if that wasn't helpful, I tried XD It's really well done, to say the least, and it was a great recreation of a beautiful painting from the show~

i love the vivbrant colors of your drawing... Although your drawing was very nice there is a few details you forgot...
Such as adding more color to your drawing.. another thing to change a bit is the shading of your drawing. Were as the hair and face are shaded perfectly.. Another thing is addinng more detail to the clothes sky and hair such as making the curles in the hair stand out a littlle more.. Same would go for the dress you should make it stand out a little more from the edges like on the left right hand corner

This is gorgeous- I love how you drew her hair and I adore how relaxing this is due to the colours used.
-although I would have to agree, the gemstone is slightly too high up, but it doesn't take away from the piece at all, it's still incredible
