Ok, another DBZ base. I love the HD ending of Kai. I had to stop it and make a few bases out of it. This is the first one.I'm definitely using half of this one. You can do the same. Split it up that is. ^^
Please feel free to change this as you want. Color, gender, whatever. Get creative and wacky with it. ^^
Like any other artist, I have to have rules...

I do believe she was Tien's girlfriend at one time. She kind of looks like Launch, but she's not. Kind of like Krillen's girlfriend that looked like Bulma.
