Yes, but I think he has a girly side!! I mean he did turn immortal at a young age so it's not a stretch to say that he retained the mind of a youthful boy. I think he can hide that side of himself very well, but when he's alone he probably likes to give himself a manicure and pedicure, maybe even preen in the mirror or something.
