Description
Whew... A long, tedious, and sometimes frustrating journey to the end of this piece is finally over!
Did a fantastic job on the colors, so go over and give her some support on her page. I worked on the pencils and the final touches with the colors and presentation. Overall I'm really pleased with everything. I feel like with Sam's help I've had a big breakthrough.

Wow! That is just amazing!
I absolutely love the pose and the facial expression... umm... the look in his eyes... something about this Predator that just screams "don't piss me off", hehe. Also back to the body language - drawing him in a classic cowboy pose is a very nice touch that increases the (already big) coolness factor of a Predator with an old-fashioned pistol as a weapon. Now this is one of these fan arts that I didn't know I needed so much to see until I did.
I've always wanted to know the story of how this Pred got this pistol in the first place... I smell an epic story, plus a Predator movie set in the XVIII-th century? Why wasn't it made yet?!
I really love the details of this piece and the simple but very effective rame (was it your idea or the colouritst's? Just curious).

I did the pencils and the frame and stood over my colorists shoulder giving her a hard time if you can imagine. She did a great job this is still one of my favorite collaborations with her.

I'm not sure the entire back story behind the pistol, but I believe it was a hunting trophy, a prize he kept kinda like the skulls and whatnot.
