"Twilight Sparkle und ihre Freunde erhalten einen Notruf aus Canterlot. Die Stadt wird von einem großen Ungeheuer angegriffen. Twilight kämpft tapfer und muss einen hohen Preis bezahlen... Eine emotionale Fantasy-Geschichte in der die Freundschaft auf eine neue Probe gestellt wird und ein Abenteuer, das über die Grenzen von Equestria hinaus führt, bis zum Horizont, in der die Kräfte von Celestia keine Rolle mehr spielen."
