Hmm all I can say is yes and no XD their not exactly naked or it be just their proto form. Atleast in my opinion, Their still armored when they have their vehicle bits lol. But yes you can say they basically dress like some super heros (quite showy) lol Again thats just my opinion

True, but you could say that about a lot of cartoon character who never change their clothes or are ever seen losing their clothes. We assume they can and do- just off-screen.
