This is a quick painting of Dr. DOOM that I did last night. It took about 2 hours, and it was done in Photoshop and Corel Painter.Related content

Holy freaking crap, how do you pull that off in two hours? Do you just lay down a rough sketch and then focus mainly on coloring and kind of free hand it? Or was it a color from a previous work? Either way its gorgeous, I love the detail, even down to messed up skin inside his eye.

Dare I say, that's a perfect rendition of Doom. Perfect for a comic book cover. The sharp corners throughout the mask were a must for the whole inhuman feel of Dr. Doom's visage, and everything was pulled off masterfully. Very impressive for such short work.
