This is a quick painting of Dr. DOOM that I did last night. It took about 2 hours, and it was done in Photoshop and Corel Painter.Related content

Wow thats an amazing piece, I wonder what you think of the new Doom look in the F4 film.
I like the mask personally, its more fitted to his fac, but Im not sure that I like how the cloack wraps around his body.

This is a really wonderful painting (and i'm not saying the solely because Dr. Doom is my hero). Really wonderful spatial sense, especialy when everything is so close together, it would have been hard not to make it look flat...

Doc Doom is possible one of the greatest villains of all time. You depicted him so perfectly in this pic, from the metal mask (which is coloured superbly) to the layout (contrasting the cloth and metal against the dark).
Simple, yet powerful. You rock.

That is way too cool. I really like the angles on the mask (it's so close to looking like actual metal too. o.o) and the smudgy style of the whole thing. Awesome. ^^

Great vibrant colors and texture. I especially like the cloth texture around the edge of his hood.
