Becouse it is still a prototype, for now it is suposed to be used by Slayer comandos (Sigma Operatives, Clone Slayers and Slayers 3 operatives) of United Nations of Earth's military, mostly in war games simulations. This weapon is told to be powered by micro fusion reactor and that only be mentained by Engineeres from Hemidal Industry, which probably means they hide something, eaven from military.
