This is the picture I made to close out 2017, and I decided to do something a little different.This one has Princess Sally Acorn and Tails having a peaceful night's sleep.
One thing I always liked about Sonic SatAM was the relationship Sally had with Tails, as she acted like a mother or older sister to him. Here though, I envisioned them in this picture to have a dynamic akin to the one Peter Parker hasΒ with Aunt May in the MCU, with Tails as the Peter to Sally's Aunt May (and yes, if you want to take the analogy further, Sonic is Tony Stark, i.e., someone who Peter/Tails idolizes and actually gets to work with and someone May/Sally isn't really crazy about.)

I'll admit I cheated with all those connecters on the TV. XD Just used a portion of an image and adjusted the size. I was a little bit lazy when I drew this several years ago and I didn't feel like drawing all those ports. Maybe down the line, I probably go back and edit that and draw them.
