Vadim was a Urgunian male, who served as General of the Urgunian Royal army and CIS droid army. In 21 BBY, he was command in Urgunian Expeditionary Army, that was helping Droid army in Battle of Sonatza IV.

Sometimes after battle of Sonatza IV, Vadim was made in Military Governor on planet Vulpax II, to replace his retired predecessor, Admiral Hooga. As a Military governor and the Representative of the Separatists, he was commander of the droid army in the planet as well De facto leader of the Vulpax provisional Government. In 19 BBY, When his homeworlds dictatorial Prime Minister Nerio Benzoni was overthrow and a new government side whit the Republic, Vadim was one of the few who stay loyal to the Benzoni and the Separatists. During the battle of Vulpax, Vadim command both Droid army and the Vulpax Home Guard against Republic Clone force's. When Clone's reach the capital, Vadim left the planet, leaving the local forces and the rest of the droids to fight, while leaving a bomb that would destroy half of the planet. However, the Vulpax who got enough of the war revolted and managed to stop the bombing. after the war, Vadim was imprisoned and sentenced to prison for war crimes.
