High Counselor Radzim is a Snoke's adviser and one of powerful political leaders of the First Order High Command. He had the same position like Grand Vizier during the old Empire. As a Snoke's prime adviser, Radzim is always Snoke side, and act his deputy in a meetings of Order's commanders and New Republic representatives. Radzim is not force-sensitive, but he knows lot about Jedi, Sith and dark side of force. As his loyalty, Snoke has given Radzim authority to Praetorian guard and Knights of Ren, even to Kylo Ren. In 23 ABY he order Cirvis Ren, a blood thirsty and ax using knight to make sure, that just released former imperial general Weiss will be safe.

34 ABY, after Hosnian cataclysm and evacuation of D'Qar, Radzim was a present in Snoke side in his throne room, when General Hux revealed a way to track the fleet's movements through hyperspace, and when Snoke mock Kylo Ren by losing Rey and that he was nothing like Darth Vader. Later he was present, when Kylo brought Rey to throne room and when Snoke greeted her, Radzim bow to her. Radzim was connection with the bridge, so he tell Snoke about Resistance transports. All the time he stood calmly and quietly next to Snoke, until he saw horror how Kylo kill Snoke by using his grandfather's lightsaber. Then he order Praetorian guards to kill Rey and Ren. During the battle Radzim grab one of fallen guard weapon and try to kill Rey. Rey however, prevent the strike and pushed Radzim in front of one of the guards who accidentally strike him deadly. After battle, a fatally wounded Radzim mock Rey, how stupidly she thought that she can do the same like Luke did to Vader and that she was just used by Kylo. His mocking laugh ended when Kylo killed him by breaking his neck by force.

Later revile that Radzim was a actually a Sith cultist, ordered to watch Snoke and the Firs Order.

Minister Tsovolos is one of high-ranking member of Snoke's high command and Minister of Propaganda. He was also one of the masterminds behind idea to funding pirates, crime leagues and terrorist to cause chaos and make New Republic look weak and corrupted. When he is not flattering Snoke in his ship the Supremacy, he is his own flagship, the Alternative Truth, a First Order heavy cruiser who has been mobilized to send First Order propaganda and fake news along the galaxy. When First Order chase the Resistance fleet, he propose to film the destruction of the fleet as an proof the end of Resistance to Galaxy. During battle of Crait he was other worlds to lure them to First Order's side.

Year later he still served to new Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. After battle of Execol, he was killed when the Alternative Truth was shot down in Urgunia during the galaxy Wilde upraises.

Ambassador Decius is an official representative of the First Order in the New Republic and independent systems. He was cold, but effective, diplomat who sometimes spoke with dramatic hyperbole, when he defense the First Order's actions and blame the Resistance as lying warmongers and terrorist. In a same he offered First Orders "protection" in troublesome worlds.

Radzim is one of the three characters I invented when I was watching The Last Jedi. Those other two are colonel Joakim Balzak from First order and captain Tomek Yakupu from Resistance (coming soon). Tsovolos and Decius came afterwards.
