This is a wonderful little epilogue for after "Buried Secrets". You really hit the feeling of the episode, of how, after finding some sort of camadarie with the Turtles and Casey after feeling like her life is being taken from her in previous seasons, she feels like she's found something precious beyond measure only to have it taken from her too. That she's accepting the emotional help of those who she does have is a nice segue into the next episode of the series.
