Well as the title suggests. I felt like drawing the toa of fire if he wer under the influence of Makuta class drugs.And as a geek, i know that he is somehow weilding flames without weapons to unleash them (which goes against the rules of bionicle) but seeing as it's nearly over. i just felt like having fun

I think the Toa can actually release their energies without using their weapons. I think they do the weapon thing just to look cool....or maybe to be more precise.
