Hulk is unbeatable in combat, Superman is smarter and faster yes but the moment Hulk gets his hands on him it's over

Here's three things to consider in Hulk vs Superman
1- Hulk's powers are in constant flux since they are dictated by rage, not something Hulk can gauge himself on a whim. Superman can easily fly to the sun to recharge if for any reason he runs out of fuel; unlikely since Superman has been able to fight for days without sunlight and without his powers diminishing significantly.
2-Superman is implied to have infinite speed and is indestructible under normal conditions. How can Hulk hurt someone who can't be harmed nor touched? Hulk meanwhile is not indestructible, even in worldbreaking.
3-What's stopping Superman form throwing Hulk into space, where Hulk can't do anything but float around?

Hulk has withstood weapons of gods, he withstood Fin Fan Foom's fire which is hotter than a stars core without being scorched, he took Zues's thunderbolts and has taken direct full swing hits from Mjolnir on many occasions
and he broke free of Dr Doom's shield prison which could hold anyone, even the Juggernaut who only needs a micrometre of movement to build up enough momentum to shatter diamond

I'd say Superman would win this fight, probably even quicker than people might think.
Even if Hulk was stronger (which I'm not entirely convinced of) Supes could just super-punch him into the stratosphere and hold him there until he succumbed to oxygen deprivation. Or use his heat vision to severely injure Hulk. Or any one of a thousand things he'd not even need to be close to Hulk in order to beat him.

Hulk developed a gland that creates an oxygenated perfluorocarbon emulsion that fills his lungs and equalizes the pressure and try looking up gladiator

Equalising the pressure is one thing, but he'd have to run out of energy and oxygen eventually. With no food, exposure to the atmosphere, and no external stimuli to keep him hulking, he'd have to turn back into Bruce banner eventually, so Supes would just bring him back down at that point before he died.

and how long is he gonna be up there, a week he'll probably find a way down eventually he's not as dumb as most people think he is in some comics he shows some cunning and he doesnt really need food he he can turn pretty much anything into energy and his healing factor helps with any damage to his body and starvation is technically harm and being thrown into space would get him pretty mad so there's stimuli, ugh i dont like writing long comments anyways i dont care much for the supes vs hulk debate there in different whatevers for a reason

Thing is, I just never bought the idea of Hulk being stronger than Superman. To me, that's just plain wrong. Superman, with no exposure to sunlight for months, could bench-press the entire planet by himself. He's dragged around the earth several times. He sneezed and destroyed a solar system once. Even in the reboot, Superman does have that power hidden in him he just has to access.
I just think people who say Hulk would win don't really get the entire purpose of Superman.

Superman is as strong as he thinks he is at any given time.
Neither of them need oxygen apparently (I have no idea where that oxygen-producing thing you brought up came from), and they both may or may not have limits. Superman can become basically God if he goes to the sun for five minutes (it's been shown)--even Hulk wouldn't remotely stand a chance against a fully powered Superman.
