Towa clashes once more with Chronoa and the Time Patrol in her efforts to revitalize the Demon Realm. Due to her previous defeats, she attempts to reconstitute the land of her people within a region of the second universe. As the battle rages, the Demon Goddess gains the upper hand moving to strike down the Supreme Kai of Time. Before her attack can connect, it is stopped as a new fighter joins the fray, the ruler of the region of space she chose to assault.
