I just had to make a card for the new troll of Equestria. HOWEVER, this is not a funny card, it's just really really weird. I'd have to say it's borderline silver-bordered but not entirely.The flavor is there to really screw up the game, but it might not always work in the caster's favor.
Clearly a late game card and it rewards having less cards than your opponent.
UPDATED:
Added the "random" clause to the exiled pile, making it very risky.

Fits Discord very well, and very trollish ability if opponent controls much more creatures than you and you're about to lose.
I personally feel like Discord should be a Planeswalker, myself. Of all beings in FIM he's clearly capable of it. Something like this:

(B)(B)(U)(U)(G)(G)(R)(R) (no white because that's the color of Order)
6 starting "loyalty" counters (or Discord counters, but sadly planeswalkers don't work that way)
+1: all creatures lose target ability. (Inspiration: Discord makes Pegasi lose wings and unicorns lose hooves. Any kind of ability may be targeted, be it passive, active or triggered. Can affect you too, since it hits ALL creatures with any ability. Can be useful to kill Shrouded and Hexproof, since it doesn't target creatures.)
-2: Hesitating between "take control of target creature" (discorded mane cast) and "target player skips a step of your choice" (as in attack step, draw step, main step, this one is inspired by Discord raising sun and moon at will)
-9: rewrite the rule text of all permanents in play. This effect lasts as long as Discord, Chaos Embodied remains in play. Yes, you can change the text to basically anything, and yes, this is basically an IWIN button, but if you look at other planeswalkers you can see a LOT of their abilities are. Chandra Nalaar explodes the opponent and all his creatures, Nissa Revane summons an army of elves, Jace the Mind Sculptor instantly mills fully, and what have you. Discord deserves an ability that reflects his godlike power and allows you to troll your opponent by giving creatures weird and ridiculous effects.

I'll look into it for sure, all your ideas are excellently thought out.
I haven't ever seen a Planeswalker in real life or played with them though, since I didn't have anybody else to play with after high school ended and I have bought new cards since (3 years ago). I think I'll practice some Planeswalker ideas, heck maybe I could make a season 2 set and have that include Discord and new set abilities. I'll save this response for future reference

Nice, reminds me of Warp World ([link] ). A good fit.
Color pie-wise, the effect would be mono-red, but that would likely crank up the cost to 9+ mana with a heavy commitment to Red. As a hybrid, he's probably undercosted, but would be fine as a "pure" gold card, IMO (not sure about the color pie).
This card makes me want to build a token ramp deck...

I need more season 2 so I can make more cards. I've pretty much been stretching the season 1 concepts very thinly now, and although there's some good material in the first two episodes I don't wanna start building more until I get some more ideas.
Discord is special though.

no, because the ability activates when he's on the stack, so he's just a spell still and not yet a permanent.
