Description
Well, I decided to make a bigger gif of Fluttershy playing the bagpipes. I can't help myself, she's just too cute :3Updated!
She now takes breaths, moves the lower hoof more, blinks, and plays grace notes!

This made my bagpiping day. Of the songs that I know that I could see Fluttershy playing, I would say The Ash Grove would be a good choice: [link]

What would be some good pony bagpipes tunes?
I know Equestria the brave wouldn't work, Flower of Equestria just doesn't seem that fitting, Saddle the pony?

Yeah but that's all sad-like. I can't imagine Flutterpipe playing that.

perhaps a jig?
My knowledge of bagpipe song names is pretty much limited to the 3 you said and the 1 that I said...lol. I'm a novice player myself and haven't learned too many, but [link] might have some interesting ones

Oh I love jigs, I play tin whistle to so I make some up when I'm bored. I prefer to play in the key of D since it is the most common Irish key. As for the Scotts I am not so sure. Most of my Bagpipe knowledge is about the European medieval music. So I know songs like Palaestinalied, Herr Mannelig, and a few made up from German bands.

Also, I updated Fluttershy so now she takes breaths, moves the lower hoof more, blinks, and plays grace notes

speaking of German bagpipers/bands including bagpipes, do you have any links to some good ones? I've been interested in what they sound like but haven't the foggiest where to start looking.

I'd listen to Omnia Sol Temperat and Palastinalied (with an umlaut) by In Extremo. And Spielmannsschwur by Saltatio Mortis.
